Welcome to my current 2018 reading list! I’m unofficially calling it my summer reading list because I plan to have these books read by the time summer is over. As it stands, I think I’m going to make it and these books will all be read by the end of September!
The last couple of years, I’ve been purposefully making more time in my busy life for reading. I’m reading between five and seven books a month, on average, these days. I try to have my Kindle on me at all times, or keep a book in my purse. As a mom, I spend a lot of time waiting in car lines to pick up my kids, so I try to get reading in then. I also read while waiting at doctor and dentist appointments, which seem never-ending when you have four kids, and my favorite time to read is before bed.
I plan to post reviews and recommendations every month as I finish. As the seasons and years change, I’ll make new reading lists. I’m reading most of these on my Kindle to save space in my house, but sometimes I just love the smell and feel of a paper book. Follow along and let me know what you think of the books!
